Your proficiency in spoken English and Hindi, along with excellent written English skills, will be essential in effectively communicating with customers. In addition, your knowledge of MS-Excel will help in managing and organizing customer data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.
