As a Senior Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with our clients over the phone, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our publications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our publications and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing clients to address their queries and provide support.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for client acquisition.
6. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
7. Continuously improve your knowledge of our publications and industry trends to better serve our clients.
