Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
2. Counsel the parent for the student on admission, convince them to get admission as per the policies and procedures
3. Provide detailed information about admission requirements, academic programs, financial aid options, and campus life.
4. Guide applicants through the application process, ensuring they understand the requirements and deadlines.
5. Conduct campus tours and organize informational sessions for prospective students and their families.
6. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure they have all necessary information and support.
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and update the admissions database accordingly.
8. Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities to attract prospective students.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
10. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meeting
11. All Saturdays and Sundays will be working. Week off will be given (on rotation) between Monday and Friday.
Qualification & Skills:
1. Any Bachelor s degree or in a relevant field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
5. Presentable and need to Convince parents.
6. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
