1. Outbound calls & lead generation: Make outbound calls to potential students, parents, or institutions to generate leads and interest in the company's educational offerings (online courses, tutoring services, certifications, etc.).
2. Product/Service information: Provide detailed information about the company's courses, programs, packages, and benefits to prospective clients. Answer inquiries and offer customized recommendations based on customer needs and goals.
3. Consultative selling: Engage with prospects to understand their educational requirements and recommend suitable programs or services. Highlight the value proposition of the company's educational products, showcasing the benefits and outcomes.
4. Follow-up & conversion: Follow up with leads who have shown interest to convert them into paying customers or students. Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and follow-through.
5. Enrollment process: Assist prospective students with the enrollment process, providing guidance on course selection, registration, and payment options.
6. Customer relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with leads, students, and parents to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Address concerns or issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
7. Achieving targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Report daily activities, lead status, and feedback to the management team.
8. Database management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system.
9. Upselling & cross-selling: identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or programs that may benefit the client.
10. Feedback collection: gather feedback from leads and clients to improve service offerings and address any concerns.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma, preferably a graduate in any field (education, business, or marketing preferred).
2. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the edtech sector or related fields).
