Senior Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule meetings.
2. Explain PowerMitra's solar solutions and benefits to prospective customers.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to provide solar installation quotations.
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
5. Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the database.
7. Assist customers in addressing any concerns or queries related to solar installations.
