Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to Europe travel queries, ensuring quick responses with quotations and itineraries
2. Ensure a quick turn-around time for sending quotations to B2B agents
3. Work with the team to ensure smooth process flow
4. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation services to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing B2B queries and concerns promptly
6. Handle administrative tasks related to tour bookings, documentation, and invoicing
7. Contribute to training and development programs for the team
8. Follow SOPs for smooth process flow

1. Have proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry
