6. Sales & Revenue: Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling additional travel services and products to clients.
7. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior travel consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry changes, and share insights with the team.
9. Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to all clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business.
10. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
