1. Proven experience as a tour operator, travel consultant, or in a similar role (5+ years preferred)
2. In-depth knowledge of travel destinations and tour operations
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
4. Strong communication and customer service abilities
5. Ability to handle pressure and manage tight deadlines
6. Flexibility to travel as required
