We are looking for a skilled and creative 'Video Editor' to join our dynamic media production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing using either one of the three software - Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a significant plus. The video editor will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit raw footage into a polished video that aligns with the creative vision and project goals.
2. Create and integrate motion graphics and visual effects.
3. Craft compelling narratives through effective editing, pacing, and sequencing to enhance the story being told.
4. Work closely with the production team, including directors and other editors, to ensure seamless integration of all elements.
5. Ensure the technical quality of the final video, including color correction, sound design, and overall visual aesthetics.
6. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our video content fresh and innovative.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, digital media, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
3. Proficiency in at least one of the following software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
4. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a significant bonus.
5. Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table.
