1. Work on vendor & supply chain management, logistics management, etc.
2. Work on brand management, brainstorms campaign ideas & explore areas of growth
3. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage employee/staff operations, team morale, mentor your team members/staff
4. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels, attracting talent and setting training standards
5. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
6. Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment, recovery operations, etc.
7. Work on data collation & management, inventory management
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic organizational campaigns for revenue growth
9. Establish contracts, serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies, corporate & public sector liaising, tender participation & their fulfillment
