About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit and produce engaging video content for our eCommerce store, with a focus on creating high-converting ads for social media (Meta platforms, YouTube, etc.).
2. Ensure videos achieve consistent thumb stop rates and hold rates above 30%, demonstrating high creative engagement.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute video concepts that align with our brand and drive sales.
4. Create videos that cater to various stages of the sales funnel awareness, engagement, and conversion tailored to different audience segments.
5. Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) in terms of format, dimensions, and technical requirements.
6. Adapt to different creative styles while maintaining brand consistency across video assets.
7. Continuously test and iterate on video edits to maximize performance based on data insights and key metrics.
