Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
2. Modify and customize existing themes and plugins to meet clients needs
3. Troubleshoot and debug issues with WordPress websites
4. Optimize websites for performance, including site speed and load time
5. Ensure website security by implementing security measures and staying up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates
6. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites that meet clients requirements
7. Conduct testing and quality assurance on all website changes and updates
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and web development trends and technologies

CSS HTML JavaScript PHP Search Engine Optimization (SEO) WordPress

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn PHP

Learn HTML

Learn CSS

Learn Node.JS using Javascript

Other requirements

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

Strong understanding of WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and custom post types

Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and other developers

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
