1. Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
2. Possess strong knowledge of Google Search Console, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, schemas, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and CWV (core web vitals)
3. Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
4. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
5. Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
6. Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building)
7. Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
8. Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
9. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
10. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Experience & Education:
1. Proven 1 year of hands-on experience as an SEO Executive
2. Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
3. Experience with SEO reporting
4. Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Callrail, Ahrefs, Local Viking)
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
