2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation phase
3. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
5. Provide remote and on-site technical support to field service engineers and technicians
6. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, coordinating with the engineering team to implement effective solutions
7. Maintain accurate records of field service activities, including service reports, equipment status, and customer communication
8. Generate regular reports on field service performance, highlighting key metrics and trends
9. Develop and deliver training programs for field service personnel to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
10. Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology and provide training to both internal teams and customers
11. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
12. Conduct regular audits of field service activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
13. Coordinate logistics for field service operations, including the timely delivery of spare parts and equipment
14. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience in a field service or technical support role, preferably in the robotics or automation industry
3. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
6. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
7. Familiarity with robotic systems, control systems, and automation technologies
