Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the customer complaints on email & Phone Calls
2. Solving customer complaints by arranging the service technician pan India.
3. Preparing service technicians' scheduling.
4. Offering AMC & Spare Parts quotations to Customers.
5. Making the Invoices in SAP & CRM.
6. Coordinating with customers on order readiness & dispatch.
7. Coordinating with the factory team for material requirements.
8. Follow up on outstanding payments.
9. Maintaining Various MIS Reports.
