About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that arise with home automation systems
2. Visit customer homes to investigate problems, troubleshoot remotely, or coordinate with other technicians to resolve more complex issues
3. Ensure that customers have a positive experience with their home automation systems by providing high-quality technical support and assistance

Skills & Requirements:

1. Diploma in electrical & electronics
2. Should be between the ages of 24-27 years
3. Candidate must be able to understand and speak moderate English & Hindi as the job will require interacting and installing at high-end client homes, offices, and hotels
4. Must have a bike, as this is a field service job
