Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Showcase expertise in Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and other modules.
Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems for seamless data flow.
Utilize JavaScript and Glide API for scripting and custom solution development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, configurations, and integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication.
Experince of ITIL,ITSM,HRSD processes and best practices.
