Job Summary: We are looking for a talented ServiceNow TSM Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) modules, and a solid understanding of IT service management processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, specifically focusing on Telecommunications Service Management (TSM).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management, with a focus on TSM.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripted APIs tailored to TSM functionalities.
Ensure system integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party tools relevant to TSM.
Adhere to best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as necessary.
Stay updated on ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to recommend improvements, particularly in TSM.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a strong emphasis on Telecommunications Service Management (TSM).
Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules, particularly TSM.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
