Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on resin art supplies.
2. Sales Enhancement: Implement strategies to increase showroom sales and meet monthly targets.
3. Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels to ensure the showroom is well-stocked without being overstocked.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
5. Promotion Management: Develop and oversee in-store promotions and communicate upcoming deals to customers both in-person and via phone.
