Key responsibilities:

1. Manage overall site operations
2. Meet clients and gather their feedback
3. Ensure compliance with activities assigned to supervisors
4. Create and conduct training schedules
5. Prepare a skill matrix for the team
6. Manage manpower, including shift schedules, absenteeism, and OT allocation
7. Send MIS reports to customers
8. Conduct LERNSTATT for various activities
9. Oversee site attendance and report data to HO
10. Submit bills
11. Develop monthly work/activity schedules
12. Address interpersonal issues within the team
13. Perform daily line walks in the plant to identify and correct deviations
14. Maintain an escalation record
15. Manage and maintain inventory of condition monitoring equipment and PPE
16. Oversee company assets, including computers, laptops, and printers
