execution of the project.
Training plan and work readiness module preparation
Building and leading a field team for execution of various project components.
Knowledge of Domains and Curriculum as per NCVT/ DGET
Knowledge of Due Diligence of Training center
Experience of working in any major skill development projects and handed operation
like DDUGKY, PM- Daksh , PMKVY, NULM, HSDM, PMKK etc.
Maintaining and providing information (MIS) portal of PM-Daksh /other schemes
required from time to time.
Preparation of Outline of Assessment and Certification of Skill Program
Proficiency in MS Excel and database is desired
Maintenance of Tracker and placement related activities
To facilitate linkages with different Corporates and Pvt Sectors for effective placement
of beneficiarys post training
Maintaining daily , quarterly records and preparing periodic reports.
Travel to various project location for project execution.
2. Minimum Qualification, knowledge and experience:
Post Graduate/ Masters in Rural Development/ Sociology/ Community Mobilization or
any Masters Degree would be preferred.
Prior Experience in Skill development. Candidates with prior experience in DDU-GKY, PM-
Daksh / PMKVY, or any major skilling projects would be preferred.
Knowledge of Operations and placement and post placement tracking
MIS Portal maintenance and management
Overall Coordination skills with Trainers/ Officials/ Candidates required for smooth
Project operations
3-10 years experience in a similar position.
Experience in leading the Project effectively
Knowledge of local language, customs and traditions.
Sound knowledge of rural livelihoods and practices & Skill Development projects
Excellent command over spoken and written English and Hindi preferable.
