We have an urgent requirement for the position of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) ENGINEER at Vadodara, Gujarat Location (MNC Client).

Job Type: 1 Year TPC (Extendable)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Qualification: INSTRUMENTATION Engineering Graduate

Job Description:

v Domain and project Administration.
v Users, departments, and group management
v Merging of two domains data using merger utility
v Upgrading of SPI versions using upgrade utility
v Importing data from excel to SPI using SPI import utility.
v Symbol customization for hookup and loop drawings.
v Creation of templates & title blocks for loop and hookup drawings using symbol editor.
v Report customization using info maker.
v Preparation of instrumentation 2D layouts in AutoCAD, MicroStation.
v Administration of SPI, Application upgrade, Database conversion, SQL and Oracle Database management.
v Sound knowledge on database tables and hands on experience for SPI Domain merge.
v This role requires experience supporting multi-office-executive models.
v Performs assignments that will deliver engineering drawing.
v Proficient in the use of smart plant P&ID
v Smart Sketch, Micro station & Auto CAD
v Responsible for designing , operating, Maintaining industrial plant equipment.
v Conduct routine tests.
v Process Roadmap of the plant is developed , accessed, shared & Modified throughout the plant life cycle.
v Enhanced control system performance and document management
v Synchronous serial communication protocol.
v Creating new P&IDs from scratch or using existing templates.
v Adding equipment, instruments, and piping to the P&ID.
v Adding labels and annotations to the P&ID.
v Modifying existing P&IDs as per the project requirements.
v Ensuring that the P&ID adheres to the project standards and guidelines.
