About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Curate, source, and implement corporate volunteering events.
2. NGO relationship management and NGO engagement.
3. Map corporate volunteering engagements with NGOs.
4. Lead events on various platforms and in different formats for a variety of corporates.
5. Curate monthly volunteering calendars for each corporation.
6. Liaise with multi-stakeholder.
7. Create standard operating procedures around event execution.
8. Provide timely feedback about the NGO's performance and how to get them to Goodera standards.

Expertise and Qualifications

1. Able to troubleshoot and be creative to solve problems.

2. Overall work experience of 2-4 years in conducting events.

3. Should have experience in Emcee.

4. Knowledge about CSR & employee volunteering.

5. Prior experience in stakeholder management.

6. Prior experience in Event designing, planning, and execution is preferred.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Able to handle many moving pieces in one go.

9. Ability to work under high pressure and minimum supervision.

10. Able to multitask.

11. Avid lover of Event planning and execution.

12. Go-getter attitude.

Salary
