About the job

As a client liaison - social media coordinator at Wundapix Technologies LLP, you will act as the bridge between the client (a leading hospital) and our internal marketing team. Your primary role will be to gather, document, and communicate updates from the hospital on a day-to-day basis and ensure that our team has all the information needed to create impactful social media content.

This role requires someone who is energetic, motivated, and able to take ownership of the workflow, while also possessing a good understanding of various social media platforms. Given the nature of the project, which includes a social impact element, you will play a vital role in helping shape the hospital's online presence with meaningful content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the on-site point of contact between the hospital and Wundapix Technologies' marketing team.
2. Gather daily updates from the hospital's departments and events, document key information, and relay it to the Wundapix creative team.
3. Ensure all information is passed on in a clear, structured manner for content creation across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
4. Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and develop ideas that will enhance the hospital's social media presence.
5. Monitor and keep track of updates or changes at the client site, ensuring timely communication for content adjustments.
6. Maintain a basic understanding of social media trends and provide input to the team on creative, impactful strategies that align with the project's goals.
7. Manage feedback from the client and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
8. Help assess the impact of social media campaigns by gathering client-side feedback and providing insights for further content improvements.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently while also acting as part of a larger team.

3. Knowledge of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their respective best practices.

4. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Energetic, self-motivated, and impact-driven with a passion for social impact initiatives.

6. Ability to quickly adapt to changing project needs and communicate effectively across teams.

7. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
