We are looking to hire a social media executive who is a pro at managing social media is great at analyzing content performance & a fun team player.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage social media accounts for core Godrej brands
2. Plan each brand s content calendar- new product releases, ad campaigns, influencer collaborations, etc.
3. Study performance and analytics for key social media campaigns, familiarity with Google & Facebook Analytics
4. Schedule content calendar for brands
5. Answer direct messages (questions), commenting & replying
6. Work on online reputation management
7. Collaborate with other teams & departments
Experience in content creation & copywriting
Strong verbal & written communication
Data analytics skills
At least 2-3 years of experience in building, managing and optimizing social campaigns with performance targets
Degree or diploma in marketing and/or social media management
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
