About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms
2. Identify and define the most important social media KPIs and monitor them regularly
3. Create a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns
4. Organic performance and consultation: Consistently measure the performance of each social channel, make timely adjustments to improve performance, and work cross-functionally as an informed consultant to make relevant recommendations to editorial strategy
5. Study and analyze the insights to fine-tune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement
6. Work in parallel with the performance marketing team on social media platforms to help optimize the campaign to deliver better results
7. Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients, covering various parameters including performance, reach, engagement, and ROI
8. Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use them to create content and improve overall performance
9. Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content - both written and visual - for the social media platforms
10. Platform experience and channel ownership: Lead what the visual look and feel of each platform looks like, the tone of voice, and daily editorial optimization
11. Audience Strategy: Work on social audience evaluation and segmentation across the brand's social media presence, identify key cohorts of audiences, and devise a "go-to" strategy to grow and scale these groups - the strategy will include a communication strategy on how to speak to these audiences and their content preferences
12. Engage, retain, and grow an audience on social channels

Required Qualifications:

1. Upto 1 year experience in a digital agency, preferably in social marketing or digital communications agency with a proven track record of managing social media
2. Hands-on experience in social media data analysis using platform-specific tools as well as other analytics tools
3. Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
4. Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
5. Ability to keep up with the latest advancements in the domain
