Social Media Management Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and implement social media strategies
2. Manage social media handles and projects from start to finish
3. Create, manage, and post engaging social media content
4. Engage with customers and followers to build a community
5. Handle influencer marketing and build relationships with bloggers/influencers
6. Stay updated with social media trends and industry knowledge
7. Craft engaging content, including captions and visuals
8. Organize and multitask to meet social media calendar schedules
9. Plan and execute Behind-the-Scenes (BTS), User-Generated Content (UGC), and review collection strategies
10. Maintain brand aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail in all content creation
11. Run Instagram and Facebook ads, plan ad goals, and manage budget (preferred, not mandatory)

Requirements:

1. Ability to carry the brand vision semi-independently
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Comfortable on camera, photogenic, and friendly
4. Strong strategy planning and execution skills
5. Hardworking and able to cope with social media calendar schedules and trends
6. Ability to understand communication nuances and attention to detail in branding and design
