Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.
3. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
4. Design and execute a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
5. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner.
6. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, news).
7. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
8. Utilize social media tools to analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
9. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
10. Track, analyze, and report social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of social media campaigns.
11. Work with basic design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
