As a Social Media Manager at Sarvam Foundation, you will be responsible for comprehensively managing Sarvam Shakti's social media presence.
Key responsibilities:
1. You will be required to manage all social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) of Sarvam Shakti
2. Develop engaging and informative content calendars for each platform
3. Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetics across all platforms
4. You should update yourself on the current algorithm by collecting and analyzing data to understand audience demographics, content performance, and campaign effectiveness
5. Updating yourself on social media trends and adapting content creation and posting strategies accordingly
6. Exploring potential monetization avenues for Sarvam Foundation s YouTube channel
7. You need to post regularly on social media platforms through interactive posts, videos and reels
8. Supervising and collaborating with our interns to ensure that the content aligns with the organizational values and objectives

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. A bachelor’s degree in any field
2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or equivalent roles
3. Expertise in managing social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
5. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and relevant DTP software
6. Applicants who are residing in Gurugram and neighboring cities will be preferred If you are residing outside the aforementioned cities, you should be willing to relocate

Sarvam Shakti, a key project at Sarvam Foundation, is a unique and liberating education program for the urban slum girl child. We focus on creative education, especially intensive training, in Indian performing arts and yoga. The girls also are provided with quality education under our Shiksha vertical (computers and English classes).
