Social Media Manager Job

We are looking for a dynamic and creative 'Social Media Manager' to join our team at Curl Care. If you are passionate about the beauty industry, particularly hair care, and have a knack for creating engaging content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to grow Curl Care's online presence.
2. Ideate and create content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, reels, and other social media content.
3. Plan, organize, and oversee photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring content quality and brand consistency.
4. Edit photos and videos to produce high-quality content that reflects our brand's values.
5. Manage and maintain our social media accounts across platforms, engaging with our audience and responding to comments and messages.
6. Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. A passion for social media, particularly in the beauty and hair care space.
2. Strong writing skills with experience in blog writing and content creation.
3. Ability to ideate and produce creative content that stands out.
4. Experience with photo and video editing software.
5. Good quality smartphone with a high-resolution camera for on-the-go content creation.
6. Preferably Gen Z, with a deep understanding of current social media trends and platforms.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
