We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and maintaining our brand image online.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Social media management:
1. Oversee and manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
2. Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos.
3. Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.
4. Monitor brand reputation and address any negative sentiment.
5. Analyze social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
6. Develop and implement a content calendar.
7. Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and social media captions.
8. Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) from our customers.
9. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.

(b) Community building:
1. Foster a positive and engaging online community.
2. Encourage customer interaction and participation.
