The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and has a passion for social media and digital marketing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
2. Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
3. Align social media strategy with business goals and brand identity.
4. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
5. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
6. Develop a content calendar and ensure timely publication.
7. Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
8. Foster a sense of community and add value to the user experience.
9. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and ensure prompt and appropriate responses.
10. Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
11. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to support brand and campaign initiatives.
12. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
13. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
14. Use data to inform future strategies and improve engagement and reach.
15. Provide insights and recommendations based on social media analytics.
16. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
17. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
18. Implement new techniques to maximize engagement and reach.
19. Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
20. Provide training and guidance to other team members on social media best practices.
21. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations.
