We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager - LinkedIn Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on managing and growing the LinkedIn presence of our clients, crafting tailored strategies to help them achieve their professional and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn strategy development: Design and implement LinkedIn-specific social media strategies aligned with clients' branding and objectives.
2. Content creation & management: Create engaging, professional, and high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates to enhance clients' visibility and credibility.
3. Page optimization: Optimize LinkedIn company pages to increase visibility and drive engagement.
4. Engagement management: Proactively engage with followers, respond to messages, and participate in discussions to build strong relationships.
5. Analytics & reporting: Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and generate detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Ad campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn ad campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness goals.
7. Trend monitoring: Stay updated with LinkedIn tools, features, and trends to ensure best practices are implemented.
8. Client communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for businesses or clients.
2. Proficiency with LinkedIn tools, including analytics, advertising, and publishing features.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional, persuasive, and engaging content.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
5. Knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithms, trends, and best practices.
6. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
7. A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
