This role involves creating impactful content, managing social media platforms, and fostering online communities aligned with the organization's values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to support campaigns and programs.
2. Create compelling content (posts, videos, infographics) to communicate the NGO's mission and activities.
3. Monitor, engage, and grow the organization's online community.
4. Collaborate with program teams to promote events, fundraisers, and advocacy efforts.
5. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies for better reach and engagement.
1. Experience in social media management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
2. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a relatable manner.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools and analytics platforms.
4. Passion for social causes and knowledge of current trends in social media advocacy.
