We seek a creative and data-driven YouTube Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage YouTube marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content strategy: developing and implementing strategies for content, video optimization, subscriber & viewership growth.
2. Research: analyze what content is performing well on YT and collaborate with internal team and agency to ensure a consistent content pipeline.
3. Channel management: knowledge about maintaining video reports, channel graphs, writing & editing metadata copy.
4. Video management: handling and scheduling video uploads, optimizing videos to create consistent and clean content, and implementing best practices for video thumbnails and metadata.
5. Audience engagement: monitoring and responding to comments, encouraging user interaction and building community.
6. Analytics: tracking key performance metrics, analyzing youtube analytics and other data sources to build audience growth strategies.
7. Monetization: exploring and implementing monetization inputs - ads and sponsorships etc.
8. Staying updated and relevant: keeping up with YT platform developments, trends, training and policies.
9. Agency management: coordinate and manage the social media agency to develop the content.
