They will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy to engage followers, promote our brand, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
3. Monitor and respond to user interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing posts.
5. Analyze performance metrics using social media tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
7. Engage influencers and brand ambassadors to expand social reach and foster partnerships.
8. Run paid social media advertising campaigns, monitor their performance, and optimize them for better results.
9. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all social media posts.
10. Research industry-related topics and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
