Key responsibilities:

1. Develop an understanding of MSF's projects and its work in supporting communities in need of urgent care and healthcare access in India
2. Achieve income targets by signing recurring donors for the organization
3. Inspire and motivate individuals from various walks of life to engage in meaningful discussions on social causes
4. Guide potential donors through the simple three-step process of completing a donation
5. Demonstrate how their financial support contributes to a credible organization and makes a significant difference
6. Work at various locations within the city and travel with the fundraising team, both locally and outside the city
7. Meet and exceed assigned deliverables, striving to overachieve the stipulated number of donors
8. Maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and respect for MSF's values and adhere to the code of conduct at all times
