Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:

- Design and develop training content, materials, and activities tailored to the organization's needs.

2. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess training needs through performance evaluations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs via participant feedback, assessments, and post-training performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on training outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and management teams to understand training requirements and align programs with business goals.
- Mentor and coach employees to apply soft skills and process knowledge effectively in their roles.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field.
- Certification in training, facilitation, or coaching (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, NLP, etc.) is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a trainer, preferably in soft skills and process training.
- Familiarity with corporate environments and training management systems.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training tools/software.
- Analytical mindset to assess training needs and evaluate outcomes
