Key responsibilities:
1. Facilitate live, high-energy training sessions using our in-house curriculum and frameworks
2. Act as a learning facilitator in both online and offline environments for working professionals
3. Train students on subjects like public speaking, negotiation, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, etc
4. Create an open and inclusive learning environment
5. Understand the learning needs of the student and create personalized learning journeys for students to help achieve desired learning outcomes
6. Engage students through different formats & methodologies
7. Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context
8. Document training sessions and prepare progress reports
Requirements:

3. Excellent communication skills, presentation, and public speaking skills.

6. Presence of mind to handle client queries

12. Available to work on weekends
13. Available to work from the office between 11 am - 9 pm
