Key responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver front-to-back technical solutions and integrate them into business processes
2. Participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, architectural decisions, and reviews
3. Work in an agile systems development life cycle (SDLC) process delivering rapid business value
4. Evolve and establish sound technical practices around continuous integration (CI), continuous development (CD), and automated testing
5. Write excellent production code and tests and help others improve in code-reviews
6. Develop features and consistently make improvements to the educational ERP product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way
7. Ship small features, improvements, and bug fixes with minimal guidance and support from other team members
