Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain dynamic web applications using Next.js
2. Implement Redux for state management and optimize performance for seamless user experience
3. Work on SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and CSR (Client-Side Rendering) to improve application efficiency
4. Develop responsive and accessible UI components with best coding practices
5. Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
6. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
7. Optimize backend performance and ensure robust error handling and logging
8. Work with Web Sockets for real-time communication
9. Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL and MongoDB databases
10. Write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize indexing for efficient data retrieval
11. Implement Redis caching mechanisms for performance enhancement
12. Manage source code using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) and follow best branching strategies
13. Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
14. Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and scaling
15. Optimize code for high performance, scalability, and security
16. Implement security best practices to prevent common vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection)
17. Monitor and debug applications using Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic
18. Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to build world-class applications
19. Solve complex problems and troubleshoot/debug issues efficiently
20. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
