Qualifications:
1. Experience in full-stack web applications, Android applications, and software development
2. Proficiency in core PHP, CodeIgniter, JavaScript, MySQL, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for web application development
3. Flutter, MVVM architecture, REST API integration, GitHub, Firebase
4. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
5. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
