1. Build robust and scalable software in Python
2. Design and build services and system architecture for our real-time distributed systems
3. Improve code quality by writing unit tests, performing reviews, and automation
4. Contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms, and products
5. Work with the product and design teams to understand the requirements and use cases and translate them into effective solutions
6. Explore existing state-of-the-art solutions for core technical problems and come up with implementable alternatives
