Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and Develop software for Point of Sale core and feature enhancement.
Port legacy code/applications and modules to new platform
Verify and validate platform against legacy performance and full operating conditions.
Experienced in conducting code reviews.
Deliver quality applications as per company standards.
Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle
Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards.
Be a quick learner of the internal framework.

Critical Skills to Possess:

Expert in C#, OOPS, Windows application
Some level of experience with C++
Solid grasp and fluent in common design patterns
Good Knowledge of SQL databases
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (BE/BTech/MCA)

Good to Have

Knowledge of HTML5, Python would be an added advantage.
Experience in Jira, Agile and Scrum, Program Increment.
Experience in Retail/POS/Payment domain is a plus.
Experience in Hardware dependent software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
No Work gaps more than one month
