Software Engineer Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods
2. Directing our software programming initiatives
3. Overseeing the development of documentation
4. Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
5. Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems
6. Managing the software development lifecycle
7. Monitoring system performance
8. Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams
9. Developing and executing project plans

Requirements:

1. Qualification: B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MBA or any master's (graduated in 2020/2021/ 2022/2023) with computer science or a related field; passed outs who can join immediately

Additional information:

We have openings in Python, Power BI, and DevOps for a software trainee position.

Interview process: Total 3 rounds (first two would be technical rounds - video call, and final discussion is going to be in-person, at the office)
The selected resource is given extensive training in the internship for a period of 6 months. During the internship, a stipend of INR 12,500 -20,000 per month is paid. The internship will be made permanent within 6 months or less based on the performance of the intern. The stipend is decided based on academic percentage and performance of the resource in the interview.
After completing the internship period, selected candidate will be absorbed as a regular employee of DEFTeam with a separate letter of compensation of 3.5 to 5.0 lakh per annum.
