Software Operations Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Involvement with the client, project management, and sales teams in product onboarding and customer training
2. Engage with the customer success team to build and maintain client relationships
3. Work as the frontier for handling customer queries and recommending software features as per customer needs
4. Analyze and report malfunctions in the software functionality and document test reports
5. Coordinate with the web development team to identify and mitigate root cause issues about the software features

1. Excellent communication skills - Can communicate effectively with the client and internal teams regardless of the format (written or verbal)
2. Documentation Skills - drafting procedural documents explaining user workflows, manuals, etc.
3. Testing skills - having an eye for detail, conducting usability and functional testing, and documenting test reports
4. Analytical Skills - conducting root cause analysis, data sanity checks, understanding of correlations between data sets
5. Problem Solver - Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully
6. Taskmaster - Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
