Software Tester Job

Key responsibilities:

A software tester ensures the quality of software by understanding requirements, designing test cases, and executing them. They identify, document, and report defects, and perform regression testing to verify fixes. Testers may also create and run automated tests to improve efficiency. They collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, testers perform performance testing to ensure the software meets required standards. Documentation of test results and continuous improvement of testing processes are key responsibilities, ensuring that the software is reliable, functional, and ready for release.
