Solar Electrical Engineers Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire project lifecycle for solar power plant installations, including preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM) and execution.
2. Engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and secure orders.
3. Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and labor at the project site, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
4. Oversee the installation of solar systems, including DC & AC wiring, structural erection, earthing, and civil works.
5. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot service issues for solar systems to optimize performance.
6. Analyze solar system data and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
7. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
