Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef CDP in Pastry to join our culinary team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in pastries and baking.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in baking (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 4 years in the pastry section.
Demonstrated expertise in pastry making (Mandatory skill) with both classic and contemporary techniques.
Experience in menu development (Mandatory skill) for dessert offerings, ensuring innovation and seasonal variety.
Strong food presentation skills to ensure visually appealing and high-quality presentation.
Experience in kitchen management to maintain an organized, efficient, and hygienic working environment.
Comprehensive ingredient knowledge to select the best foods and supplies.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Effective team leadership to mentor and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and morale.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee pastry production and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained consistently.
Develop and refine menus with innovative and seasonal dessert offerings.
Coordinate kitchen activities for timely and quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Supervise and guide kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations in the kitchen.
Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen assistants to enhance their skills.
Collaborate with the head chef to innovate and improve pastry offerings continuously.
