We are seeking a 'Spanish Language Expert- Collections' with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in collections and be fluent in Spanish. This position requires excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts
2. Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements
3. Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers
4. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
5. Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis of collection activities
6. Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the collection process
Skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in collections
3. Fluent in Spanish and English
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong negotiation skills
6. Ability to work well in a team environment
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
